UNIV'R Scholarships to France 2026 (Fully-funded)

The UNIV'R Programme, supported by Campus France, UNHCR, and AUF, offers fully-funded Master's-level scholarships for legally recognized refugees to study in France starting September 2026. Beneficiaries receive comprehensive support including living costs, travel, social security, and student housing, with no tuition or visa fees. Applicants can select up to two Master's programmes from participating universities and gain a long-stay student visa for their studies.
