UNIV'R Master's Scholarship Program For Refugee Students 2026

A partnership between UNHCR, Campus France, and the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie offering fully-funded Master's degrees to refugee students in France. The program provides tuition coverage, monthly living stipends, travel expenses, health insurance, housing assistance, and visa support. Applicants must be individually recognized refugees with a Bachelor's degree and B2-level French or English proficiency, and must currently reside in a country of asylum outside the EU.
