The Youth Leadership Program aims to empower young graduates in Malawi with leadership, digital, and entrepreneurial skills. Participants will undergo intensive training followed by a community placement to support local entrepreneurs, particularly women-led businesses. This initiative fosters peer-to-peer learning and aims to strengthen local economies.
