Young Women's Advisory Group Supporting Girls' Access to Sport in Europe

Young women aged 18-29 living in Germany, France, or Spain are invited to join the Young Women's Advisory Group under the adidas Foundation's Playing for Purpose program. Members will serve in a consultative role, providing insights and feedback to shape initiatives that make sport more inclusive and accessible for girls. The role involves approximately two hours of commitment per month through online meetings and in-person workshops, with a fixed allowance and covered travel costs.
