Young Media Makers Fellowship 2026

A long-term capacity-building fellowship program by DW Akademie for 12 emerging media professionals from the Western Balkans (May 2026–December 2028). The program combines intensive training, mentorship, study visits, and hands-on media innovation to equip participants with skills to create innovative media formats targeting young audiences. Fellows develop a media product idea addressing needs in rural areas while building regional networks and entrepreneurial capabilities.
