Young Leaders GenC Program by Ashoka

GenC 2026 is a year-long leadership program by Ashoka designed for young changemakers aged 14-24 across Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Italy, Poland, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. Participants engage in peer-to-peer gatherings, online workshops, in-person events, and opportunities to amplify their voices on issues like climate, inclusion, education, and social justice. The program requires no formal qualifications, only a commitment to positive change and community action.
