The MSCA MaRaThoN is an intensive three-day training program at the University of Padua designed to help experienced researchers prepare competitive proposals for the Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships. Participants receive expert guidance on proposal structuring, writing excellence and impact sections, and aligning research with European Commission standards. The program brings together PhD-holding researchers from around the world who plan to submit fellowship applications with University of Padua as their host institution.
