UNESCO 2026 Global Opportunity: Strengthening Lifelong Learning Systems through Multi-Level and Multi-Sectoral Engagement Programme

UNESCO's Institute for Lifelong Learning is launching a global policy development initiative to help countries strengthen their lifelong learning systems through multi-level governance and cross-sectoral collaboration. Selected governments will receive technical assistance, capacity building, online training, and support to develop integrated national lifelong learning strategies aligned with SDG 4. Participating countries will conduct contextual analyses, organize policy dialogues, and work with international experts to create sustainable learning ecosystems.
