Outdoor Facilitation: The Art of Facilitation in Nature 2026

An immersive eight-day professional development program in Nepal designed to equip participants with facilitation, leadership, and outdoor education skills through nature-based experiential learning. The program combines theory, practical training, and reflective practice in a basecamp model near Kathmandu. Participants learn to guide groups through outdoor learning experiences while developing competencies in safety, communication, group dynamics, and facilitator self-care. Full scholarships are available for ASEAN and SAARC citizens through German Government funding.
