ITLOS – Nippon Foundation Capacity-Building and Training Programme 2026–2027

A fully funded 9-month fellowship program in Hamburg, Germany, offering training in dispute settlement under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). Participants gain practical knowledge through lectures, workshops, study visits to international organizations, and guided research projects. The program is designed for junior to mid-level government officials and researchers from developing countries working on ocean affairs and maritime law.
