The Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship (GOI-IES) programme supports high-calibre international students pursuing master's, postgraduate diploma, or PhD degrees at Irish higher education institutions. The programme awards 60 scholarships annually, each providing a €10,000 stipend plus full tuition fee waiver for one year of full-time study.
