Global Research Funding: €12M Horizon Europe Call on Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems

The European Commission is offering €12 million in research funding through Horizon Europe Cluster 6 for collaborative projects focused on sustainable agriculture and food systems. This call (HORIZON-CL6-2027-02-FARM2FORK-02) supports innovative research that optimizes the water-nutrient-energy nexus, strengthens climate-smart agriculture, and improves food system resilience aligned with the EU Farm-to-Fork Strategy. International research consortia from EU Member States and associated countries can participate, with international partners from Africa and other regions eligible as consortium members.
