Fully Funded Workshop on Forced Displacement in Southeast Asia 2026 at Chiang Mai University

The Regional Center for Social Science and Sustainable Development at Chiang Mai University is hosting a week-long workshop on forced displacement in Southeast Asia from April 27 to May 3, 2026. The program combines critical academic discussions, regional case study analysis, methodological training, and a two-day field visit to the Thailand-Myanmar border. Selected participants will work with leading scholars and practitioners to explore displacement causes, impacts, and policy responses across the region.
