The Friedrich Ebert Foundation offers fully-funded scholarships for international students from the Global South, post-Soviet states, and Eastern/Southeastern European countries to pursue higher education in Germany. Recipients receive monthly stipends of €830-€850 plus health insurance coverage, family allowance for those with children, and comprehensive seminar programs to develop academic and social competencies.
