The Education Changemakers Program (ECM) is a fully funded leadership development initiative for young education leaders in East and Central Africa. Offered by the Trevor Noah Foundation and RLC EA, it provides a two-phase experience: four weeks of in-person leadership training in Nairobi, Kenya, followed by six months of professional coaching, mentoring, and access to small grants for school-based initiatives. The program aims to empower visionaries dedicated to transforming learning outcomes and fostering sustainable, African-led solutions in education.
