This national initiative empowers young people aged 14-24 to lead meaningful civic change in their communities through youth-led projects. Selected teams of five receive up to $7,500 in funding, mentorship, and professional development support to implement solutions addressing challenges like climate change, public health, education, and democratic participation. Approximately 100 teams (500 young leaders total) are selected annually to create measurable community impact across the United States.
