ARM Young Talent Programme (AYTP) 2026

ARM's Young Talent Programme offers high-performing university students structured work experience and hands-on exposure to careers in investment management. Participants work on real-world business projects alongside industry professionals while developing technical and interpersonal skills. Successful candidates may be considered for full-time employment or awarded a postgraduate scholarship through the Robert Akinjewi Scholarship Fund.
