African Union Continental Capacity Building Training Program for Youth 2026

The African Union Commission is hosting a fully funded training program in April 2026 in Addis Ababa for African youth aged 18-35 to develop leadership, advocacy, and civic engagement skills in democratic governance and elections. The program focuses on meaningful youth participation in political processes and is guided by the African Charter on Democracy, Elections and Governance. Selected participants will receive full coverage of travel, visa, accommodation, and all participation costs, with the expectation they will replicate the training in their communities.
