Africa Leadership Accelerator 2026–2027: Fully Funded Public Health Leadership Fellowship

The Africa Leadership Accelerator is a fully funded 9-month hybrid fellowship for early- to mid-career public health professionals in non-clinical roles across Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia. Delivered by Global Health Corps, the program combines monthly virtual leadership workshops, small group peer learning, individual coaching with 360-degree feedback, in-person retreats, and ongoing mentorship while fellows remain in their current full-time positions. The fellowship strengthens leadership capacity, deepens systems thinking, and integrates participants into a global network of health equity leaders.
